1General Terms & Conditions — Introduction

7Account Suspension & Closure

1977bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (no account activity for more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no rule violations, the funds will be returned to the member. If the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Members who wish to close their account must contact the support team. Reopening a closed account will require going through a review process.

8Responsible Gaming Policy
